Dara's Picks: Best New Foods at the 2024 Minnesota State Fair

Our unique and delicious paellas are made using traditional Spanish cooking techniques and refined with some tricks of our own. In its simplest form, paella is a caramelized rice dish with local meats, fresh vegetables and rich spices such as saffron, turmeric and pimenton. Paella is complex, so we keep our menu simple: Signature chicken & chorizo paella with red pepper, leeks, zucchini and pea pods, with your choice to add seafood and/or a fried egg. Our signature paella is rich and boldly flavored but not spicy hot. If you prefer a little heat, spice it up with our homemade bravas hot sauce. Either way, you have a dish that is packed with flavor and will have you coming back for more. It is a pleaser for all ages and perfect for those with dietary restrictions: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free, Soy Free, and No MSG. Our paella is cooked shellfish free but you may add our seafood mix to it.

Agua frescas are fruit infused waters that are refreshing and flavorful, low in sugar and a perfect complement to our famous paella. Our fresh scooped agua frescas are made with water, real fruit puree, fruit, fresh herbs, and dried hibiscus (in Guava/Hibiscus).
